Hotpoint Aqualtis Review #1

The biggest selling point for this machine when I first considered buying it has to be the huge drum capacity. Also, the machine is easy to load because the door is further up than most machines so a basket will easily fit under it.

Standard programs are provided on a rotary control and they can all be tailored by changing temperature and spin speed. The name of the selected program is displayed clearly along with "time to end" and other useful information.

The machine is extremely quiet compared to our old machine. You can easily forget that it is switched on until it starts to spin during the last few minutes of the cycle.

I like the fact that the powder drawer is hidden behind the door, although I do keep forgetting and close the door before I have put anything in the drawer!

Overall: So far this has been a great machine, washing well and quietly without any breakdowns.

Takes a LARGE load - can take a quilt or a king size throwover with ease. VERY quiet - could hardly believe it was working. Gives good results. Very pleased with it so far ...

Overall:Very pleased with machine but disappointed it went wrong inside 14 months but was fixed quickly enough. Up to then we thought it was excellent.

Hotpoint Aqualtis is probably the best washer i have ever owned it has a massive 7.5 kg slightly tilted drum which fits in a double duvet nicely with no pushing or using your feet to squeeze it in it also has 4 memory functions so you can memorize all of your favourite and most used washes it has a timer that counts down so you know exactly how long is left on your wash cycle also it has amazing wash cycle functions like bed and bath for towels and bedding and a duvet cycle for as i stated above for duvets also it has shirt cycles and wool cycles it features an all lcd digital display with an information button which atually display information on the display telling you about each wash and what each button does and i actually mean it tells you by scrolling along the screen it also has a child lock and it also is super silent and i mean it is super quieeeeeeet when i first used my machine i had to keep going in to the kitchen to check that it was working honestly it was that quiet the spin speed is absolutely brill as well as the spin speed reaches a fantastic 1600 rpm which can be altered for different washes also so can the temperature as well but this is most definately the best washer i have used it beats all other hotpoint washers that i have had.
